By accessing and using the Packistry website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Our services are available to businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not use our services to produce any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
All orders placed through Packistry are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Payment must be received in full before production begins. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
Production times quoted are estimates only and commence from the date of design approval. Packistry will not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Standard production takes 7–12 business days after design approval. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork and content provided to us complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork, you grant Packistry a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we have made an error. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt. We will, at our discretion, reprint or refund the affected items.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible and cancellation fees may apply. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
